Registration to ICIDN-2015 is open from January 1, 2015. Please download the ICIDN-2015 Registration Form and send back the duly filled form to icidn2015@gmail.com along with a copy of the receipt of registration fees.

    NOTES:
    # Nepalese residing outside of the SAARC countries have to pay their registration fee in foreign countries category.
    # Regular category is applicable for the university faculties, governmental officials, policy makers, health care professionals, clinicians, researchers, and other professionals.
    # Exhibitor category is for those (company or agency) who wish to put their booth during the conference.

    The registration fees ‘For Whole Conference’ includes: delegate kit; conference materials; access to opening ceremony and all the scientific sessions including short course, topical symposia, poster session; tea/coffee during the breaks; welcome reception/dinner; two lunches; accompanying person's tours and excursion to important tourist destinations within the Kathmandu valley.

    Although this short course is planned for the student and young scientist participants, anyone interested can register to the course. Those participants who have paid their registration fees for the whole conference need not to pay separately for the short course. Please let us know whether you want to attend the short course by November 25, 2015 as there are limited seats.

    The registration fees for ‘Short course only’ includes: delegate kit; short course materials; access to short course session; tea/coffee during the course; access to opening ceremony and welcome reception/dinner.

    Please make sure that your name and address appear clearly on all payment documents. Bank transfers received without the name of the participant cannot be processed . The organizers are not responsible for payments not sent as stated above. A copy of bank transfer document should be emailed to  icidn2015@gmail.com .


    Wire Transfers/Checks can also be accepted under certain conditions. Please contact the conference organizer at icidn2015@gmail.com for related questions.

    Cancelation and Refund Policy

    Registered participants unable to attend the ICIDN-2015 will receive a full refund less a USD 50.00 administration fee, provided that a written request is received by the Secretariat on or before November 15, 2015 .

    No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 15, 2015 .

    Only written requests for cancellations and refunds will be accepted by the conference organizers. Refunds will be made after completion of the conference.

    Onsite Registration

    Onsite registrations will be accepted only on prior agreement with the participant and organizer, but the conference materials may be limited. Participants planning to register onsite are advised to arrive early. Onsite registration will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see the time schedule in Programs page for registration hours.
